01 Disclaimers
I'm Muslim, and there are some requests I can't fulfil. They'll be politely declined if they go against my religion.
English is not my first language. If you can, please explain things in simple terms, or somewhere we can both understand. I'll let you know if I don't understand something.
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
Disrespectful behaviour won't be tolerated, and your commission will be cancelled if it happens.
These terms may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.
02 Communication
I'll send an update at each major step of the drawing.
You can ask for an update anytime, and I'll send one within 2 to 3 days.

03 General
Tell me whether your commission is for personal or commercial use when you contact me.
Send detailed descriptions, references, desired poses or character sheet(s) before paying.
Payment is due in full upfront. No refunds after the sketch is approved.
Want a specific custom size? Mention it in your request.
Changes can be made while I'm working on your commission.
Every commission comes in a watermarked and a non-watermarked version.
When it's finished, I'll email you the high-resolution file, so please give me your email beforehand. VGen is the exception, since I can deliver full resolution there.

I'll draw anything as long as it's within my skills and not against my religion. If I can't draw your character(s), I'll tell you beforehand.
05 Payment

Having trouble, or want to use another method? We can work it out together. MYR prices match the VGen prices (for example, 15 USD = 59.31 MYR).
Payment is due in full upfront. Terms are negotiable if needed.
Do not send any payment before I've asked for it.
I won't send the final piece until I've received full payment.
06 Refunds
You can ask for a refund if I haven't started your commission.
If for any reason I can't finish the artwork in time, you can ask for a refund based on how much has been finished.
07 Add-ons
One extra character in an illustration is free. More than that costs extra: +$30 per character.
Add-ons are only available for Half Body and Full Body.
08 Deadlines and delivery
2 to 4 weeks
We'll agree on the deadline beforehand. It usually takes around 2 to 4 weeks, sometimes more, depending on things like my health, how complex the piece is, and other work.

09 Revisions
When you can ask for changes depends on how far along the drawing is:
SketchBig changes OK
All major changes to composition and posing must be requested here.
LineartSmall changes only
No large changes once lineart starts. Minor ones are fine.
ColouringNo changes
Once colouring starts, I won't make changes, not even minor ones.
FinalNo revisions
Nothing after the final piece is sent. Small, easy fixes may be an exception, case by case.
10 Copyright
I, Tokii (the artist), keep the rights to the drawing, not the buyer.
I can
Promote the art and myself anywhere.
Display it anywhere I like: website, social media, portfolio and so on.
You can
Use it personally, like uploading it to your social media profiles and forums.
Print it, and claim the character(s) as yours, but not the artwork itself.
Use it on your YouTube channel and in monetized videos, as long as the artwork isn't the main source of the earnings. Please credit me.
